Jim has been in the IT field since 2000.  He is the Tier 3 support for a medium sized LAN with over 600 users and 40 Microsoft and Solaris Servers.  He has extensive experience installing, configuring and managing Citrix products, Symantec Firewalls and Anti-virus solutions and Cisco Routers.  Jim was also previously an instructor for Old Dominion University's ITPro program where he provided instruction for students seeking Microsoft, Cisco and Comptia certifications.
